Possibility of Dynamically changing the email preview link
SOLVE
Hello,
When we create a new newsletter, we share its preview link in our website and each time we need to update the link manually. I was wondering if it is possible to update it automatically. Perhaps, we can add this link value in an attribute and change it with workflow?

Have you considered developing your newsletter in reverse? By that, I mean make your email an RSS email ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/set-up-an-rss-to-email-blog-subscription-for-an-external-blog?KB... ). In this case your content would live on your website and the RSS feed would be used to create your newsletter. You wouldn't need the web version in this instance as your content would live on the site leaving you to retire the email as you see fit. Then if you need to retire the content on your website you can use your CMS to manage those redirects more efficiently when content is retired?

Thank you so much for your advice Ben. We normally don't use web version link on our emails. But it seems that this is better solution. However, is there a way to keep the link same and update the web version of my other email. I found that there is a solution to redirect another page after it's unpublished but still it seems that lots of manual work. Perhaps, I need to find another way to show our newest email in that link.
