Picture Template Issue

Hi everyone,

I've had this strange issue for weeks now where one of my emails will incur a daily bug and none of my templates will attach photos. This issue will then resolve itself with nothing done on my part, and then happen again. This is now happening on all of my emails. Anyone know what's going on?

@ZKuhn when you say "none of my templates will attach photos" - is this happening as part of the email send, or when you preview the template to build the email?

Hi Jennifer,

Everything appears normal in the template build in hubspot's CRM, I then use my chrome extension in gmail to preview the template before it sends. Everything appears to be normal. Once sent, the lettering is no longer spaced out, it's all jammed far to the left and the photo doesn't send. Amongst my 15 emails this happens randomly, fixes itself with no changes on my part, and then occurs again. 

I can also test the exact same template on different emails and it will work just fine on many of them, unless this strange bug has occurred.

@ZKuhn interesting, I haven't run into this before - do you have screenshots you can share of what it looks like when the bug is occurring?
