Personalizing email content for smart list

Hi, 

Here's what I would like to do - or find a work-around. 

I have 2 different smart lists - basically 2 customer segments with 2 different pricings. 

Whenever I send a newsletter, I need to send it to both lists and personnalize the content so they can download documents or read content based on the segment they're in. 

Would it be possible to create a single email and display different content / download links based on the Smart List?

Yes, HubSpot has a feature for this: smart rules. It's available in Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise.
