My company wants to use this feature where we send email directly from the Company page. We would like to paste HTML code directly into this file. We used to be able to do this with Close CRM. However, we are not sure how we can implement this here.
We can't be using template, because the html code that we personally generate, already contains the data that we want to send to the users. Hence, we want to manually just copy/paste the html code and hopefully Hubspot will be able to format this for us. How do I do this though?
@OGimli as far as I know, HubSpot does not support this in one-to-one emails. You can however always send the email from your email client (using the BCC address or HubSpot sales extension for Outlook or Chrome) and paste the HTML there?

You cannot paste raw HTML directly into emails from the Company page in HubSpot; it will simply display as plain text.
A simple workaround is:
Open the HTML file in a browser.
Copy the formatted content (what you see, not the code).
Paste it into the email box in HubSpot.
This retains basic styling features like bold text, tables, and colors, but does not support advanced layouts. For full HTML support, you can use Marketing Emails > Custom HTML. Or, as @karstenkoehler mentioned, send from your regular email client (like Gmail or Outlook) and log it using the HubSpot BCC address.

Let’s explore how HubSpot can help you achieve exceptional outcomes.
HubSpot doesn't support pasting raw HTML directly into one-to-one emails. These emails use a basic rich text editor and are designed for simple, direct communication not fully coded messages.
The best way to achieve what you're looking for is by using HubSpot's Marketing Email tool.
Head to Marketing Emails, then select Custom HTML as the email type. Paste your complete HTML code directly there. From this screen, you can send a one-time email or use it as part of an automation workflow if needed.

@OGimli - I believe HubSpot doesn’t support it for sales 1:1 emails. If this is requried, you may want to use marketing emails instead (which might not be the preferred solution). Alternatively, you could simply copy and paste the email or design you have.
What's the correct solution here then? Is there certain format I can paste directly or is there alternative way for me to be able to create a template and then paste the data?
