Outlook and outlook.com mails from HubSpot flagged as Phishing Scam

Hello.

 

For the last few days, we have been experiencing emails from HubSpot going to addresses at outlook.com or companies that use MS Office365 being flagged as Junk and Phishing attempts.

 

Anyone else experiencing this issue or have suggestions for finding a solution ?

This was a known issue that has since been resolved. The issue will not affect future emails that are scheduled to send.

I've been experiencing this problem as well - both marketing emails, and other correspondence from HubSpot.

We've tested this with our internal Office365 and with external outlook.com adresses - both get flagged by Microsoft as Phishing.  Even emails from HubSpot their support, product/blog updates are being flagged as Phishing.  I think there must be a problem of IP reputation between Microsoft & HubSpot or a problem with Microsoft anti-virus/phishing detection algorithms...

 

I've contacted HS support but am still waiting for their response...

I also received a similar response just now.  They said to check this link for updates: 

status.hubspot.com

yes, we have the same problem. any email directly from Hubspot and Also any test emails we're sending from our domain are also being flagged as phishing.  both in outlook and gmail. I'm not given the option for a number to Hubspot, anyone else know what is going on?

I also just discovered that if I send an email from my emailing domain to an outlook recipient it also flags it as phishing spam even though it's from our emailing domain, so I will not be sending any bulk emails out until it's fixed.

Hi,

 

I'm noticing this is happening s of 9/22/18.

 

I'm testing emails, they're working fine for all emails accounts I have except for Outlooks.com.

 

In outlook.com, the emails are ending up in Junk.

 

They're not marked as phishing, but they are junk.

I am having a similar issue with gmail. It just started today. Every email I try to send with the BCC from Hubspot to track is blocked and reported as phishing. If I send the same email with tracking disabled it works fine.

We are experiencing this same exact message with gmail clients as of Oct 26th. Everything was working fine yesterday..

 

We experienced a similiar problem with gmail picking up emails as "dangerous" earlier in the month and recently changed our DNS settings.

Are you only getting this message for one contact? Are you only getting this message when sending emails through HubSpot?

Not resolved. I am not receiving HS-based emails. A new user is not receiving the invitation.
