When replying to an email from one of our inboxes, it automatically puts our own email address in the 'To' section. Does anyone know how I disable this?
I have to manually remove it every time I reply to someone, else I receive my own email.

Hello @BSimpson , just to confirm does this behavior happens when a marketing email or sales email is sent? Could you provide a screenshot of an example? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
