Open Rate for Emails Abnormally High

We track our email opens in Hubspot and in another CRM. It seems like the Hubspot open rate is way too high compared to our other tracker, and just too high to be realistic (close to 95%). Trying to figure out how this could be, or if there is something else that could be happening when the emails are being viewed or delivered that could be creating some false reporting?

Without understanding context, 95% can be high.  How is your CRM tracking opens? Is it another pixel in your email? Is it a data sync with Hubspot?

If there is another pixel for the CRM, are they tracking link clicks.  For instance, because Hubspot is tracking link clicks if it sees a click it could infer an open even if the tracking pixel doesn't load.
