Not eligible to send marketing emails without ever having sent one
I have been blocked from sending emails without ever having sent one. I understand this blocking of accounts usually occurs to protect the HubSpot servers when an account is Spamming people. However, I have not sent a single email. I created a HubSpot account over a year ago and didn't really use it and have only recently come back to use it again and found this issue. Does anyone know how I can regain my eligibility to send marketing emails?

You have to contact support. Typically I have seen this happen on free accounts where there is a bad email send and free accounts are typically one and done without a way to reverse them.

Thanks for the response @Ben_M . I contacted support and their advice was to post here because they were also confused as to how my account has been blocked when I haven't sent any emails.
