Does anyone know if there is a way to auto-purge emails ending in .au, .uk, .kr, or .ca? We can't sell outside of the US. Non-US visitors to our site can download our lead magnets and enter Hubspot. We don't want to market to these users and have been manually searching for them and deleting them.

Q: Does anyone know if there is a way to auto-purge emails ending in .au, .uk, .kr, or .ca? We can't sell outside of the US. Non-US visitors to our site can download our lead magnets and enter Hubspot. We don't want to market to these users and have been manually searching for them and deleting them. Is there a better (automatic) way of doing this??
Short A: Yes.
Longer A:
Two solutions immediately come to mind.
-1- Smart Content -- to stop unwanted contacts from ever entering the CRM
-2- Workflows -- to clean-up unwanted entries already in the CRM
SMART CONTENT
Changing content (including forms) based on visitor identity, location or behavior is precisely the purpose for which smart content was designed. Using smart content (aka: contextual marketing) we can show completely different content or NO CONTENT to visitors ...
-a- who already exist in HubSpot as contacts
-b- from specific countries
-c- who meet certain qualifications (e.g., already downloaded an ebook)
We can easily use a workflow to flag contacts for deletion when their email address ends in certain characters -- e.g., .au, .uk, .kr, or .ca (from your example).
