I've noticed we no longer get notified of 'out of office' responses to our marketing emails. Previously I'd get the standard 'out of office' replies in my own inbox and could then use these to remove any 'no longer works here' or 'on maternity leave' etc to try and keep our email health as good as possible. Now that I no longer see any I'm concearned I might also be missing acutal email replies too. Are there any settings I can check/change? Thank you.
Hi Ben, Thanks for your response. Yes, I checked and reconnected it before sending out another campaign to 800 contacts, and didn't get anything back, but I can't believe that not one of the 800 is OOO in the middle of August, so I'm concerned that any actual replies also aren't coming through either. Is there any other way to test it? Thanks.
