No 'Content' tab when editing email content

Hey,

When configuring a selected template via Marketing -> Email -> Create Email, there is no tab on the left for 'Content' configuration as per https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email/create-marketing-emails-in-the-drag-and-dro....

We have been setup with Marketing Hub Professional and from my understanding, we should have this feature?

Hi @YunisOsman 

I believe this feature won't work with existing customised (non drag and drop) templates. You need to start with a drag and drop template. From the email dashboard, select Create email, then select the type of email you want to create, and then you will see the Select a template screen. On that screen, you need to select the Drag and drop tab and then select a drag and drop template. From there you should be able to see the sidebar with drag and drop content elements.

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

Makes sense, however it doesn't seem we have the option to select a drag and drop template from creating an email, only 'My templates' and 'Marketplace'. See below are the options I get when clicking on 'Create Email' (In all likelihood I'm doing something wrong here):

Hi @YunisOsman 

The email creation view you shared is what you will see if you have Marketing Hub Basic. Can you click your profile picture in the top right of your portal and in the dropdown navigate to Account & Billing, and confirm your subscription is listed as Marketing Hub Professional?

If it is, the best next step is to submit a ticket to the Hubspot support team (click help in the bottom right of your portal) and they will be able to investigate this for you.

I just did some further reading and I think drag and drop should actually now be available with Marketing Hub Starter upwards, so yes, you should definitely be seeing it. The Hubspot support team should be able to fix this for you.

Hi Matthew, I am having the same issue above where nothing is loading within the Content tab for an email. I am on the basic free package. Am I unable to send emails on the basic package?
