We're just getting setup. It says our domain for email sending is authenticated, and my contacts are marked as marketing, however when I go to send a newsletter, it says 0 of 7k are available to send. Any tips?
@TSawyers one way to find out what's going on is by simply sending the email. Once the send is processed, the Recipients tab of the email (under Not sent) will tell you the exact reason.
Before the send, uncheck the 'Don't send to unengaged contacts' checkbox. If this is your first email, it shouldn't make a difference but who knows.

Here's what I'd recommend you check. You mentioned marketing contact status already but I kept in on the list for the sake of having a full list for troubleshooting:
Are you using the marketing contacts functionality? If yes, are all recipients marked as marketing contacts? (HubSpot will not send emails to non-marketing contacts.)
Comment: You already mentioned you did this but it doesn't hurt checking again.
Do all contacts have an email address?
Comment: This might not be the case after an import where the email column was not mapped correctly.
Do you have the GDPR settings enabled, specifically the 'Legal basis required' checkbox? If yes, you have restricted email sends to contacts who have a legal basis for communication only. In that case, you would have to update your contact subscriptions. The contacts must have an opt-in for the subscription type you chose in the settings tab of your marketing email.
