As you can see the second link doesn't work. The first one does and also works in preview. But once I send it, and it gets modified, the second link doesn't work neither on desktop nor mobile. Any help will be really appreciated.
By default, HubSpot appends certain tracking parameters to email links. The second link looks a bit strange and not exactly like those parameters. Still, you could try disabling the parameters under Settings > Marketing > Email > Tracking.
Keep in mind that when you do disable these tracking parameters you also don't have access anymore to the information they're supposed to track. For example, if you disable source tracking tags, you don't get to track the source.
Best regards!

I disabled Source Tracking and it worked. I am able to track the Email Open and Clicks. I can live with this for the moment. Maybe I will try enabling Source Tracking later. Thank you for your help here.

I am back with the same problem. The source tracking has been disabled but the opens and clicks have been tracked in my latest newsletter. But somehow the links are still messed up. Last week I disabled Source tracking and it worked on the previous newsletter. Have you come across this issue? I am afraid, the newsletter will not be of much use unless the opens and clicks could be tracked.
Thank you for responding to my query. I think disabling the tracking could possibly fix the issue but will not help us track if our audience have clicked the links, and hence gauge the engagement rate. I am not sure if did anything incorrectly. In my newsletter email template, I "Add a Link", choose, "URL" as an option and past the URL. This link has worked, but gets modified to something that doesn't work. Am I missing anything? Is there any one time setting that I wouldn't have performed? I had looked through the 10 steps of setting up a newsletter but I couldn't find anything in that knowledge article.

Of course, @SPangarkar. If I was of help, please also accept my previous replies as solutions. It helps me allocate more to helping people like you in the community.
Have a great day!
