Newsletter changes won't save

Hi,

 

I've created a newsletter featuring 'top 10 tips for X' and have put spaces in between each numbered bullet. For some reason, every time I save the space between 3 and 4, it gets deleted. It's the only one that vanishes when I go back into the newsletter.

 

Am using Chrome, have cleared cache. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! This definitely doesn't sound right, but I wasn't able to reproduce this behaviour in my account (using the drag & drop email editor). 

 

Could you please check if this behaviour persists in incognito mode or in a different browser (Mozilla Firefox for example)? I want to omit the possibility that a conflict with a 3rd party browser extension is causing this.

 

If that won't help, it would be great if you could make a video recording of the behaviour (you can use VidYard or Loom). Thank you!
