Newsletter Disconfigured

Hi everyone,

I'm building a Newsletter template.

It is all fine on the building and preview pages. However, once an email is sended to someone, it all becames misplaced: texts and images are no longer where they were supposed to be.

Can anyone help?

Hi, are you building the template using custom code or are you using the HS template? Misplaced in where? in desktop or in mobile? HS used to overwrite the custom code, so maybe that was an issue in your case?

Our email marketing tool has several features in place that can help you optimize your email: you can use one of our premade templates or use client testing which shows how the email will look like in different email clients (available with Marketing Professional and up).
