Hi @DKing8. In addition to what @BérangèreL shared, I found these specific instructions for Namesilo:
there are some specific instructions and considerations for updating DKIM/DNS records on Namesilo:
Adding DKIM records:
In Namesilo, DKIM is added as a TXT record, not as a separate DKIM record type.
Navigate to your domain management area in Namesilo and select "Update" next to DNS Records.
Character limit issue:
Namesilo has a 255-character limit for TXT record values.
If your DKIM value exceeds 255 characters (which is common, as some users report values over 400 characters), you'll need to split it into multiple TXT records.
Adding TXT records:
In the DNS management area, select "Add TXT Record".
For the hostname, enter the DKIM selector (e.g., "selector1._domainkey" or as provided by HubSpot).
For the value, enter the DKIM public key. If it's too long, split it across multiple TXT records.
Adding other required records:
For MX, SPF, and DMARC records, follow a similar process using the appropriate record types in Namesilo's DNS management interface.
Verification and propagation:
After adding the records, save your changes.
Be aware that DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate, though it often happens much faster.
If you're still having trouble, I'd consider reaching out to Namesilo's customer support for specific guidance on adding long TXT records for DKIM, as this seems to be a common issue with their system from what I found in my research. HubSpot's support team might also be able to provide Namesilo-specific instructions.
Did my answer help? Please "mark as a solution" to help others find answers. Plus I really appreciate it!

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @TomM2, @danmoyle and @HubSpot_Corey do you have suggestions to help @DKing8, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
