I'm going to send one email to the list of contacts and I want to make sure it sends as below,
"Hello <First name>", if the contact has the first name from the selected list.
"Hello," if the contact is missing the first name from the same list.
Though I have applied the smart content in the email but using smart content ensures if the contact is a member of the list then those contacts will receive "Hello <First name>".
However, I want to make sure even if the contact is the member of list but doesn't have the first name then it should send them only "Hello,"
No, there is only one list. If there not in the first list (see my earlier reply), they automatically go to the default. If first name is known, show first name. If first name is not known ( = if contacts is not on the list), show default ('Hello').
In this case, the generic 'Hello' is the fallback that HubSpot uses when a contact is not on the list.
Best regards!
