I don't believe this is possible.
I attempted to do so using Filters and Active Lists, but neither will pull the information that you're looking for.
You may want to export via csv and then use a filter in excel to show only rows that contain a comma or a formula to show fields that contain multiple occurrences of @ .

I just talked with support and this is not possible. Exporting appears to only include the Primary email and none of the secondary.
The following Idea has more Upvotes. I suggest this be merged to it and you reply and Upvote.

Actually there was a post in the other thread that indicated you could export the property history as a work around. Waiting for mine.
