Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could assist me with an issue with our contact lists. It only happened recently (last week) that there has been a mixed up with our contacts. A few of the email recipients' first names were mixed up, i.e. Jane Smith's email address remains the same, and her first name should be Jane, however, somehow her first name is now replaced with "Leo". We have not changed or updated our contact list and details for a while now, and we weren't sure how this mix up happened and how to resolve the issue? Appreciate your help.
When you open one of the affected contact records, please hover your mouse over "First name" in the "About this contact" section in the left sidebar, then click the "Details" button that appears. You should see a left sidebar open with a change history. Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
If "First name" is not in this section, click "View all properties" a bit further down to search for it.
