Marketing email free plan

SOLVE

Hello community,

I'm running a free Hubspot account for personal project and, after the "trial period" of Marketing Hub I received an email telling me that I can't connect a domain with a free plan.

That's weird because, browsing the documentation, it seems that connect a domain is available for all the Hubspot plans.

The message refers to "email marketing system domain" but I think it's a not clear translation from english to italian.

Could anyone help me?

Thank you 🙂

@mmviti if you were on a Marketing Hub trial and are now back to the free plan, HubSpot will have automatically disconnected any previously authenticated email domains. There isn't anything you need / can do, unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.

Also note that the website domain is different to the email sending domain, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/domains-and-urls/connect-a-domain-to-hubspot

Connecting one doesn't mean the other is connected, too. They're separate.

Hi @mmviti,

Connecting your email domain is indeed a paid feature. This is not possible on a free plan, see the box at the beginning of this article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/manage-email-authentication-in-hubspot

Thank you so much @karstenkoehler , the thing is I don't get where I have to disconnect the "email domain" since I only connected the domain I used to publish the website www.erikalamattina.it
