Hello, I use sales and service starter and I would like to know: can I use the Marketing- Email? If yes, how many contacts can I send the email that I want to send them?

You can now! HubSpot recently announced free email marketing in the CRM. You can send up to 2,000 emails per month.

This is a really good question. I would like to share this article related to how to create and send marketing emails and another one related to your subscription and service limits. 

If you have Marketing free, you have a limit of 2,000 sends per calendar month.
