Hi there. First of all I want to say I love Hubspot. This CRM software is truly top notch. I'm writing today because my marketing email feature has been blocked because my hard bouce rate was too high. Before I was blocked I had no idea about Hubspot's hard bounce policy.
I know now and I also talked to a representative about how to get my hard-bouce rate down to an acceptable number. I really love the marketing email and I'd love a chance to get to use the feature again.
I know getting a lot of hard bounces is bad for Hubspots reputation and if you can't reactivate my marketing email feature I understand.
If you were using the free version, once it's locked it's locked. If you want to start over at that point you need a new instance. If you are using the paid version and have cleaned out your list they will typically monitor your account closely but can unlock your account.
