Marketing Email Activity - CTA clicks can trigger an action?

I would like to have an if/then branch in a workflow, in which the person clicks a link in a marketing email to trigger the next action. However there is no option for clicking a button CTA within an email? Why is that? It seems like a big oversight....

Hi @Hev 

Actually the Link you are seeing is your CTA link (not the direct button link) that's why it is looking different. But

It is working Well as I have tested it. Either you select Any Link or  Link Shown it will work for both cases.

Here is how I tested it and it is working very well.

Unfortunately the link of my CTA button (made in CTAs) is not shown in the list. There is a random link shown, which I'm not sure why, but only one link. 

I could choose "ANY link" but I fear it isn't going to register if they click the CTA button.

You can easily achieve it 

Go to Workflow>Enrollment>If/ then Condition> Select marketing email> Select the link (u applied on CTA button)

You can add CTA to you email builder when creating marketing emails. Here is the article how to do it. 

You could use the 'Marketing email activity' criteria to filter anyone who clicks a link in one of your marketing emails (or select which link).
