We started using Hubspot for our email blasts starting in Feb. Previously we were using mail chimp. I have noticed a significant decrease in opens and the only major change is sending from hubspot. Is there something that would cause this and any suggestions to improve? I'm about to run a sunset campaign but thought I would ask just in case anyone had any experience like this.
Can we assume that you setup the DKIM/SPF records for the domain when you moved it over to Hubspot? Also because this was a change in IP from your old host, if you had a large list did you run a warming campaign or did you just start emailing everyone? Also, Apple had rolled out its big privacy updates in Q4 last year which has disrupted these statistics and made them unreliable all over. How were your statistics Oct-Dec last year compared to Q1 this year in Hubspot? I would compare that as opposed to anything earlier especially if you have a large iOS audience.
