Link to meetings in automated mails

Hi I am trying to attached a hyperlink to a meetings on an automated workflow but it redirect me to a invalid URL.
I tried to do it like the file attached but it doesnt look good in the mail since it appears all the URL. 

How can I solve it?

Is this happening to a specific user? I would recommend checking if the contact has an owner added to their account and if the owner has their meetings link set up. If they don't this could be the reason why is linking to an invalid URL. 

Also, I would recommend setting up a sequence, when contacts reply to the email or book a meeting, they will automatically unenroll from the sequence. More information here.

Sorry Pam but thats not the problem. The link to the meeting in working fine(I even see it correctly when I edit the mail in HS) BUT when I send the test email the link sends me to an error page. (I am trying to redirect to one of our sales guys calendar).
