Hi everyone!
Yesterday I've created a landing page for our upcoming webinar. I asked my work colleagues to test it and try to sign for the event. I also done it myself. We tried several emails and not everyone have received the follow - up email which contains link for the event. We observed that our company emails worked (after more than an hour, but worked)but emails from google didn't. Also we have 50% landing page bounce rate 😞
I'm begging for your help

Hi @MWoźnicak,

How did you set up the follow-up email, right within the form or as an automated email for workflows? Which subscription level are you on?

When you navgiate to the contact records of those contacts who did not receive the email, is there a notice in the timeline as to why the email wasn't sent?

Generally, there are multiple potential reasons why your emails aren't being delivered. Could you confirm the following?

Are you using the marketing contacts functionality? If yes, are all recipients marked as marketing contacts? (HubSpot will not send emails to non-marketing contacts.)

If your email is an automated email, are you suppressing unengaged contacts in the Recipients tab of the email? If yes, you could uncheck the box. Otherwise HubSpot will exclude these contacts.

Do you have the GDPR settings enabled? If yes, you might have restricted email sends to contacts who have a legal basis for communication only. In that case, you would have to update your contact's subscriptions.

Have some of the contacts previously bounced? You can check by filtering your recipient list by "Email hard bounce reason is known".

Did you already hit your monthly email send limit? (5X marketing contact tier)

Have some of the contacts previously unsubscribed? You can check by filtering your recipient list by "Unsubscribed from all email is equal to True"

Let me know which of the above you tried. The more details, the better I can help.

Best regards!
