Identity cannot be verified

I signed up yesterday and received and email saying that my identity cannot be verified.

I wanted to refer you to this help document on suspended accounts.

 

It looks like this account failed our Account verification process. Our Trust & Safety team manually reviews each submission and make a decision based on the answers given in the form you submitted and the information that is available to us about your business and domain.

 

HubSpot’s system checks for publicly verifiable information about each account, such as an established web or social media presence. If any of this information looks questionable or can’t be verified some tools in the account may be suspended for review. After a final decision is made on the account, any impacted tools will remain locked as a necessary security precaution.

 

Since this is a free account, there is no remediation. Thank you for understanding.
