I want to build a form with a star rating form field as the response.
For example the question would be, how was your experience doing business with us.

The answer would be, good, OK, not good but rather than words I would like to use smiley face symbols. Is this possible?

Hey @kristie have you considered exploring HubSpot's Service Hub tools? There is a Customer Feedback tool that you can use to achieve this exact goal.

If I don't need the entire Service Hub subscription, is there a solution for Marketing/Sales subscription only?
