I can't connect inbox to my simply.com internet e-mail, please help.

Hi HubSpot Community,
I am currently facing an issue connecting my Simply.com email inbox to HubSpot.
I’ve set up my business email across different platforms using advanced settings, but I am having trouble specifically with HubSpot. When I try to connect the inbox, I receive an "Unauthorized" error, even though all the credentials and settings provided by my IT team are correct.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Verified email and password
Checked with my IT team, and all settings, including custom usernames and SSL certificates, are correct
My business email has worked with other platforms, but this issue seems specific to HubSpot
Has anyone else successfully connected a Simply.com inbox to HubSpot? Any guidance or experience would be greatly appreciated.
When you run the console on your inspect tool when clicking connect what error messages do you see? If you can send screenshots, that would be helpful!
If you are not sure how to do this, the best next step would be to get on a screenshare with HS support or a Hubspot expert so they can troubleshoot for you.
