I believe there is a technical issue that needs to be looked at by specialist

SOLVE

I've just been told by Raffaella in your sales team that I need to go here for assistance with a technical issue that needs to be looked at by a specialist.

I'm on the free plan and I have just received an error message "There was an issue sending your email. This email wasn’t sent because you’ve hit your HubSpot send limit." when I scheduled an email, I've scheduled around 50 and need to schedule another roughly 80 in the next half hour. These are the only emails I've sent in the last 4 days. It appears there shouldn't be a limit on 1 to 1 emails. Can a specialist please assist? Thanks, Nick

Hi Karsten,

For sure, here is a screenshot. And yes Raffaella said to post in this section which I wasn't sure was correct, but yes it's a simple sales email. What is interesting is that I've realised if I delete the scheduled email and then try again it works fine! It seems to happen every 20 or so emails.

First - the reason you are pointed here is because you are on a free account. Hubspot does not offer support on the free tier of their plans, so you can only ask questions to other users in the community forums. For this reason, it's not recommended that you use a free version of Hubspot in production as there very low limits and the thresholds for spam and complaints is much more strict than on a paid subscription.

The limits on emails are a rolling 24 hour period and not limited to a specific day. So it's possible when you delete and try again that it works because the 24 hour window has rolled. For details on the limits this KB article can shed light on what those are ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/sales-email-send-limits ).

Hi @NWard4,

Can you please share a screenshot of the notice and where exactly in the tool you're seeing this? You posted this in the email marketing section but you're referring to sales emails, correct?
