Hubspot sent out an email to customer "Approve use of your email address"
SOLVE
I have never seen this before and in researching, it says I need to navigate to the "Approvals" menu on the left side bar, which I don't see. Any idea why hubspot sent this? The person that sent it is a Super Admin so it should be ok. I am confused, any assistance would be great. Thanks in advance!
The only email of that kind that I'm aware of is sent when someone is trying to add a from email address in the marketing email tool:
If this email address does not correspond to the connected email domain, HubSpot asks for a verification. Is there any chance that someone mistakenly typed a customer address in there?
If not, could you please get a screenshot of that email? That will help with troubleshooting.
Best regards

Thanks so much for the quick response. Upon further investigation, yes, the person sent it to someone outside our Hubspot instance. We have been having deliverability issues with our transactional emails and he was testing something. Thanks again for quick response!
