Hubspot is only syncing the Emails I Send, NOT When I receive Emails from Clients

So, I have the Chrome Extension, and when I compose an email, it tracks and logs into Hubspot. However, when I receive an Email (new email thread) from a client, it's not automatically tracking that into Hubspot CRM. How do I get emails I receive from clients to be logged and tracked? if its a new thread?

Have you seen this guide?: Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address

 

You can use your HubSpot forwarding address to log new untracked emails and replies to the timeline of a contact record.
