Hi everyone! We've been using the Hubspot Marketing Mail tool, and we're realising (when people reply) that our mails are marked as [BULK] or [EXTERNAL] for some recipients.
Is there a way to avoid this label while sending bulk marketing mails in Hubspot? Any help is appreciated! Thanks
These changes to email subject lines are out of your control as the sender of the email. They're being applied on the receiving end by the administrator of the email infrastructure.
For example, in Gmail, a Gmail administrator can switch these kinds warnings on and off. The same applies for all major email solutions. You'd have to reach out to the receivers to be excluded from these rules.
Best regards!
