HubSpot video not playing for some email recipients

A HubSpot video included in a recent marketing email is not playing for me and a few other recipients of the email. When I click to play the video a new browser window opens and the screen is black. I'm using Chrome, but some other recipients who can play the video are also using Chrome.

Any suggestions for how I can troubleshoot this?

It seems that some recipients were able to watch the video? Or did it appear broken for all recipients/there were no views recorded?
