HubSpot doesn't receive incoming emails and blocked the forwarder email
SOLVE
The incoming emails are stoped since a couple of days ago and I assume that HubSpot has blocked our forwarder email because the emails are not coming from one email, but the other one works fine!
This is the test that I did to wanted sure that happened
From: hi@ourdomain.com To: hello-1@***.hubspot-inbox.com Doesn't work!
From: hi@ourdomain.com To: mypersonalemail@gmail.com Works!
From: mypersonalemail@gmail.com To: hello-1@***.hubspot-inbox.com Works!
