I have set up an event RSVP page in HubSpot that I have distributed via email. I've also created a specific tracking URL for perosnal invites that can be used by staff. We have been notified by several contacts that they can't access the URL (RSVP Page), as their organization has "blocked" the URL. Is there a way around this in HubSpot? Or is it solely on the client side?
@Linah4 unusual but not unheard of. I'd recommend you continue investigating this to understand which security solution exactly is flagging this – so you (or HubSpot) can appeal this warning.
This can be turned off but also means that you'll lose the described functionalities. You can disable these settings and check if the issue persists.
Also, it looks like you have – in addition to HubSpot's own automatically set parameters – created a tracking link. Is there a reason for that? What exactly is the URL behind this tracking link? It might not be HubSpot's tracking after all but simply the (type of) URL you're sharing.

Thanks for your responce! They did not share the exact error but it looks like for one user the link in the email is being modified and redirected to the following page:
