How will ticket personalization tokens populate in ticket workflow emails?

I have a ticket-based workflow set up that sends emails to associated contacts. The emails include a ticket property as a personalization tokens, but the emails don't seem to be pulling in the correct value. In a workflow like this, should it pull the ticket propety value for the ticket that is enrolled in that workflow? Is there something I'm missing here?

Hi @NGrow 

 

That is correct, the ticket based workflow will use tokens of the ticket. You need to test this with a ticket in the workflow, and check the box that says "send emails". That will send the emails to you with the corresponding ticket tokens in the email.
