How to use different from email in marketing email for each record owner
SOLVE
Let me explain case in detail
1.I am Manager of my Marketing team
2. I create Marketing emails - Automated and in From email field I choose "record owner email"
3. After that I create workflows to enroll records in workflow.
4. I run workflow organziation wide and then it send emails to all records who are enrolled.
5. While sending emails it uses From email ids as record owners email
Now what I want is:
1. While sending email hubspot takes from email as "record owner email" and those email ids are the one we use to sign in to Hubspot. It means our main domains which we dont want to use in marketing
2. I want to change this - when marketing emails are sent it must use different email ids per record owner as from email rather than user sign in emails
3. We use common email templates for all users and send same email template to multiple records , those records has different record owners. so we want to use email from is record's owner email
4. We dont want to keep one static email id for sending marketing email to many records...
5. IF we have to create different versions of same marketing email per each loggedin user or record owner it creates operational issues and time consuming task.
Is there a way where we set default marketing email per record owner and while sending email form admin or manager account it uses that rather loggedin email id?
The from email dropdown also accepts personalization tokens:
You would just have to make sure that each contact/recipient has a value (email address) for the single-line text property you choose as a personalization token.
This value can be added one-by-one for each contact, through import, via workflow (based on the record owner, for example), via API, through bulk edit etc.

Any other short or less hactic solution?
This is really needed or might be to teams who use common resources to send marketing emails.
You might have an idea basic purpose here is one or two person send marketing campaigns on behalf of Team, generate positive responses and without manual intervention it directly goes to sales rep if lead replies or click on meetings.

@keshukeshvala if you want to customize the from address for recipients of marketing emails, and for it not to be the owner's email address, then no -- this is the way to go, I'm not aware of simpler approaches. This is as straightforward as it gets 🙂

If we do this solution, in this case if email is bounced or customer reply - do they get notified in CRM or do we get bounce notificaiton in record's detail timelne?
