How to use business email for live chatting features on website?

Hi, everyone, As we are using business email for along time but now we have planned to provide live support chat option on our website. So I am asking that will it possible to use our business email for the live chat feature on our website?

Hi @KGael , if you should be able to set up a new email channel for your business email and link this to your live support chat. I would also recommend making sure the HubSpot users attached to this account also receive live chat notifications.

In addition to what @Alex_Elborn said, I want to add that you'll have to have your HubSpot tracking code on your website as well, if you don't already have it. When your tracking code is installed, you can have chat and also pop-up & slide-in forms. 😊
