Hi @MarcelaDupont,

An automatic solution unfortunately requires a Professional subscription, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/manage-your-subscription-preferences-and-types#update-the-sub...

In the free CRM, this is not possible.

(You're not just referring to contacts from website forms but all new contacts, correct?)

As pointed out, it is possible via workflows, but as you are on the free plan this will not be an option to you. If you go to Contacts --> Contacts and create a view, you can mass update contacts from here by selecting the contacts and clicking on More --> Edit Communication Subscriptions.

However, as you are on the free plan I would always caution emailing in Hubspot as the thresholds for spam/complaint tolerance are not at the paid limits and if your account gets banned from a bad list, your account is not recoverable. I would typically only recommend Hubspot's free email plan for testing only but plan to move to the Starter plan before you email.
