How to separated different type of emails?

Hi, everyone. As I am using business email for jazz internet packages  since 2018. But now I want a minor changes in it so to automate my work. As we have single business mail where we are recieveing different queries related to differen pakages. So I want to separate them with special tag so that the concern person could answer that email.
