How to send an email with 'no-reply'

We're planning an email announcement that will be distributed to a large number of customers. To make a long story short, I'd like to have a "no-reply" option as the sender address. Would you just add that as the sender address and then folks have zero expectation that you'll be reading it?

Longer A:

We like to include three (3) basic components in all 'no-reply' emails.

-1- Send from no-reply@ or noreply@ email address

-2- Explicitly state that replies to this email will go unanswered -- state this both in the body and the footer.

-3- Explicitly state to whom and questions should be addressed.

We've found that failure to include any one of these components results in larger numbers of unwanted email responses when compared to no-reply emails that contain all three.

And then expect that readers will not read what you've said and still go ahead and reply to the email.  Then get angry that you don't respond....

Could you set the Reply-to address as one that you know will bounce? 

I know this isn't an ideal customer experience but it would create the automatic alert in the person's inbox that their email wasn't delivered and they have to find another means to contact you.
