How to send a personalized follow up email

Just wondering if anyone has been able to set up how to send personalised thank you for signing up to our mailing system email?

Is there a way in HubSpot for this to work instead of just having a thank you on the screen after a customer has filled out the form?

Hi @AJohnson01 (and thanks for the tag @kvlschaefer!)

Here's what I'd do:

• Create the form you're asking them to sign up with. (Example for the name: Mailing Sign Up Form)
• Create an automated email in Marketing > Email. (Mailing Sign Up Thank You)
  • The thank you email would of course say thanks, but also offer additional next steps like following the brand on social media, and replying to tell you the HubSpot user more about what they want to learn)
• Create a contact-based workflow. (Mailing Sign Up Responder)
  • The workflow trigger is "form submission = Mailing Sign Up Form."
  • The first step is to send "Mailing Sign Up Thank You" email.
• You're done.
