How to redirect the incoming emails to personal gmail?

Hi, everyone, I hope that you will be doing good. As I am using business email for Physical therapy treatment since 2020. Everything is working fine and I am quite satisfied with the business email services. But now I miss some emails due to time management and when I am out of the office. So is there any way that I could redirect all the incoming mail in my business email to my personal gmail so that I could easily manage it. So if there is any way kindly share with me.
