How to highlight text in email template

Is there an easy way to highlight text in an email template, like we can do in the page building template?

Hi @RNomura0 , happy to help you on the email text highlight.

Go to the Design Manager in HubSpot:

1. Click on the Email Templates tab.
2. Click on the template that you want to highlight text in.
3. Click on the More button at the bottom of the body text box.
4. Click on the Highlighter icon to the right of the text color and left of the unordered list option.
5. Select the color that you would like to highlight.
6. Type out the body content that you want to highlight.
   
   

   Here are some additional things to keep in mind when highlighting text in HubSpot email templates:

   • You can only highlight text that is in the body of the email template. You cannot highlight text in the header, footer, or preheader.
   • The highlighter icon is only visible when you are in the Design Manager. If you are previewing the email template in your inbox, the highlighter icon will not be visible.
   • The highlighting will only be visible to recipients who are using a compatible email client. If a recipient is using an incompatible email client, the highlighted text will appear as normal text.

Yes there is!

In the template builder:

1. Click the blue "More" at the bottom of the body text box
2. Click the highlighter icon to the right of the text color and left of the unordered list option
3. Select the color you would like to highlight
4. Type out the body content

Additionally, you can select the text you would like to highlight and follow the steps above to just highlight that section.
