My boss would like any email she sends from HubSpot to also be forwarded to her regular (Gmail, but viewed through Outlook) inbox. I know that any email sent from HubSpot will show up in her "sent" folder, but she also wants it to be forwarded to her actual inbox.
Any ideas beyond manually BCC'ing herself in every email she sends from HubSpot? Can we set up an automatic BCC?
If you're referring to one-to-one emails, this is not something that would be set up in HubSpot but as a rule directly in Gmail or within the email client. There is no corresponding setting in HubSpot for this. From a quick research using generative AI, Gmail does not seem to have a dedicated setting for this and it would require running a Google Apps script.
