How to create unsubsrcibe link to use in email of another platform

Hi, 

we're using HubSpot to manage the subscription for marketing communication. I'm looking for a way to create a link to unsubscribe that I will use IN ANOTHER EMAIL TOOL. Meaning, I need a link that I will string the email of the customer to it, and it will refer the customer to hubspot to unsubscribe. I couldn't find the way to do it. 

Any thoughts?
