How to categories different mails in Business mail?

Hi, Everyone. Let me ask a question. As we have a business email for the whole business or you can say whole setup. But for each department we also have different business mail. So now I want to ask that is there any way that the mail which we recieve on our main business mail is directly forward to the specific department business mail. Let suppose we recieve a mail related to gta vice city on our main business mail. So we want that its directly forwarded to gta vice city apk department for dealing. If any one know about this type of automation so kindly share with us. While handling it manually is quite difficult for us.

All major email service providers or clients have features for rule-based forwarding. For Gmail, for example, you can find this information here. For Outlook, the information can be found here. You could set up rules to forward emails to a certain department based on subject line keywords.
