How to add Table in Email Body

I want to add the table in the email body like below,

Is there any way to insert a table in the body? If yes, are they responsive for all devices?

The ability to add a table to a marketing email depends on the type of marketing email template you've selected in HubSpot. 

Are you using a drag-and-drop email template or a custom-coded template?  Do you have a screenshot of the marketing email customization options in HubSpot?
