How do I use the Marketing Email API to send an email to a list of contacts?

I’m trying to use the Marketing Email (BETA) API to schedule an email but I’m not having any luck. I have had success using it to retrieve a draft email and even to edit a draft (I changed the subject line).

But the endpoint for publishing, sending, and scheduling an email seems to be light on details and potentially unfinished so I’m not sure that it’s even possible yet? Has anyone had any luck with this?

Given that the API is in beta, certain functionalities may still be under development. I am checking for more information with our PE's and I will let you know if I have any updates.
